Affordable & adorable - condo living that looks and feels fabulous! Beachy vibes with shared access and amenities to Lake Leelanau make me a real catch... and at this price, RARE, might I add! I personally love that I come with not one but TWO private bedroom suites, each with a full bath... excellent for those who want their own space yet perfect for those wanting a roomie or comfortable quarters for friends, family members & guests to visit. On top of that, I have a towering & spacious open concept living space and a large deck for grilling, entertaining, listening to the birds and truly feeling one with nature.. I know I have many, but I consider this one of my best features! I've always been into self care so you will also find many updates throughout that have been made in recent years such as the exterior siding, kitchen with newer appliances, paint throughout and mechanicals. You won't have to try hard to have a good time with me... I have a large, enclosed pool right outside my condo that you will surely find yourself enjoying in those beautiful Northern Michigan Summers! When that isn't enough, head down to our shared access to Lake Leelanau where you can enjoy clubhouse amenities, kayak racks, a dog beach and multiple entry points into the beautiful blue water of one of the most coveted lakes in the area. The Paradise Cove Bar & Grill is a quick walk around the corner! Beyond that, I am basically surrounded by TART trail access points, making exercise a breeze, and quite frankly - just being in Leelanau County is pretty special.
